We are an American company established to provide our customers with the ease of controlling their home. Neocontrol was founded in 2004, then partially acquired by Somfy. Somfy is a global leader in the automatic control of openings and closures in homes and buildings. We have over 6800+ homes worldwide and operate in over 10 countries.

We started due to the frustration and inconvenience of not being able to enjoy your home. We believe a home is more than just an investment but a sanctuary where you can feel free and be yourself. It’s a sanctuary where you can relax and let all the worries of the day pass. Neocontrol promises to make those rare special moments such as a candlelight dinner, be an everyday adventure.

Our goal is to provide the marketplace with easy access to our products. We want to make it easy for everyone to carry our products, both as dealers and as customers. Our vision is to become the global name for the home automation industry and to provide everyone with the opportunity to truly enjoy their home.

FOUNDATION

Neocontrol was founded in 2004 with the objective of developing hardware and software for the home automation market.

ARGENTINA/PERU

Neocontrol established a distribution operation in Argentina and Peru increasing the ressellers network and its presence in the Latin American market.

SOMFY GROUP

Neocontrol was partially acquired by the multinational French company Somfy. Somfy is a french company present in 68 countries and, it is world leader in the automatic control of openings and closures in homes and buildings.

HEADQUARTERED US

Neocontrol has established its branch in USA. In partnership with UCF (University of Central Florida) Neocontrol is located inside the Orlando research park area. Currently as a member of CEDIA, Neocontrol has been attending the CEDIA Expo yearly.

MEXICO

Neocontrol established a distribution operation in Mexico, increasing the ressellers network and its presence in the Latin American market through our partner Leaderlight, SA.

Gabriel Peixoto

Founder CEO

Gabriel Peixoto is the founder and CEO of Neocontrol. Gabriel graduated from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (Brazil) and has an M.S. in Control and Automation Engineering. In 2002, he served as a member of a research group at the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems in Freiburg, Germany. As of 2004 he founded Neocontrol and now he also serves as a Home Automation Advisor for the Somfy Group (Latin America). Gabriel has nine patents in the areas of energy, sustainability, quality of life and innovation.

    Andre Comitre

    Founder COO

    Andre Comitre is an Architect, and specialized in Home Automation. Andre graduated from Universidade Católica de Santos (Brazil) and has been working on the home automation market since 2007. As for 2015 Andre became a member of the Neocontrol’s team, working as a COO of the United States branch.
